CPMI Affiliate is Successful on Five Recent Bids

CPMI Construction LC has recently been awarded the general construction contracts on the following projects:

·         Curtiss Hall, Iowa State University in Ames, IA: CPMI was awarded three contracts for Phase 1 in the historic Curtiss Hall Building. The first is the Student Service Mall,a 20,000 SF renovation, the second is to install a new sprinkler system and the third is a renovation to Rooms 008 & 009.

FAIA Honor Bestowed

Larry Gleason, CPMI Vice President, has recently been named the honor of fellowship by the 2011 Jury of Fellows from the American Institute of Architects (AIA).  He was nominated for elevation to fellowship by AIA Minnesota. Successful Cost Management: WI Case Study

 

CPMI successfully partnered with our client, Frisbie Architects, to provided cost management services for the Memorial Student Center Renovation project located on the University of Wisconsin – Stout campus in Menomonie, Wisconsin.
