Tapered Arch-Shaped Sculpture

The much awaited striking Tapered Arch-Shaped Sculpture Public Art Sculpturefor the Mayo Civic Center Expansion arrived on Saturday December 9.  Construction crews from Knutson set the sculpture in place under the direction of artist Po Shu Wang of Berkeley, California.  CPMI was the Owner Representative and helped in the coordination of the purchase and installation of the sculpture.

Minnesota State Capitol - Grand Opening

The Grand Opening of the Minnesota State Capitol –the People’s House - was held  August 11 – 13.  Thousands of visitors took part in a 3-day celebration which featured a ribbon cutting event, concerts, kid’s activities, tours of the building, presentations on varied topics and fireworks.

Proud to be Part of the Mayo Civic Center Expansion Grand Opening

After years of planning and two years of construction the Mayo Civic Center celebrated the Grand Opening of its Expansion Project on May 5.  The grand opening ceremonies were held in the Grand Ballroom, now the largest ballroom in Minnesota with accommodations for more than 4000 people.  The ribbon cutting was followed by complimentary refreshments, fun activities, building tours, a concert and fireworks.  The expansion nearly doubled the capacity for events.  See www.mayociviccenter.com for additional information.  View News »

Chippewa Falls Fire Station

The new 20,000 square foot Chippewa Falls Fire Station has been completed.  CPMI provided CM Services for this project.  The project started in May 2016 and was turned over on March 30, 2017.  The station features an Apparatus bay area consisting of 6 bays, with 22-foot ceilings and 14-foot doors.
